The Opening Evening & Speaker Forum:
A Celebration of Women in Sailing
The Opening Evening & Speaker Forum marks the official start of Steering the Course, World Sailing’s global women’s sailing festival hosted at Hebe Haven Yacht Club. This signature session brings together sailors, mentors and advocates to celebrate progress in gender equity within the sport, reflect on milestones achieved and share insights on expanding opportunities for women ashore and on the water.
The forum includes an engaging panel discussion and interactive elements designed to inspire and connect participants, setting the tone for a week of sailing activities, taster sessions and development events.
