Empowering Voices in the Sport Industry: Steering the Course Opening Forum

On the opening night, following a scorching day with temperatures exceeding 35°C, we kicked off the five-day Steering the Course programme with a wine tasting session, sponsored by Winerack, who also guided our guests through the tasting.

From inspiring career journeys to honest reflections on challenges and growth, the evening set the tone for an empowering programme ahead —reminding us that even in a still male-led sports industry, women are stepping forward, taking on the challenge, and opening doors for the next generation.
